To ovulate or to not ovulate?

I got off the bc pill about a month ago. I am currently on CD13, have negative OPK's and no CM to be seen. When I was on bc I had a normal 28 day cycle. I'm getting really frustrated waiting on that positive OPK. What are the chances I wil still ovulate this cycle?
