Early labor sign?

I've been feeling off the past few days and this morning I woke up at 3 am to slight cramping in my lower stomach but it's mainly on the right side? It's to the left of my right hip bone and is pretty painful. I've also been having a lot of lower back pain the past couple of days and increase in discharge. I'm a first time mom so I'm not really sure how it all works 😅 I don't think I've felt any contractions and if I have it's been like Braxton hicks. Should I be worried about the cramping or does this just mean she'll be here soon? Thanks in advance!
