first period after miscarriage. cramps 😳😫😖🤢
Ladies I need some ideas on how to deal with these cramps...😳😫😖🤢
I had a miscarriage Dec,27,2016. This is the first period since.I was told the cramps would be horrible ... they were right.. 😫. I'm use to horrendous cramps due to the PCOS... these are the worst I've had so far . ;(
Lots of water, ice packs, heat pad.
Does anyone know of any oils or ideas to help ease cramps please....
