FET SUGGESTIONS PLEASE HELP

So my doctor informs me today that all three of my embryos are genetically normally. Two of the three look really good as far as growth and one is slightly underdeveloped. He says its up to me how many I transfer. Here is the question... Should I do two and hope that at least one sticks or transfer one hope for the best and have two more chances in a few months. He said probability of twins is high because the quality is good.
