sick & in pain need help on past experiences from other ladies

Okay ladies I got this cold that's going around aches chills fever nose stopped up cough etc well I'm on day 4 of getting over it still have head cold like symptoms but I had intercourse last week and I got the cold 3 days after (Monday) ever since I have had sharp pains go all the way down from upper abdomen down my lower on the side some on the right and now it's doing that but goes across on my lower stomach were my ovaries are, I have pcos just curious if  that mean cyst getting ready to rupture, appendicitis, or could I be pregnant and not know and it be a ecotopic (I think that's how I spell it) or what???? Ladies help!?
