I'm preparing to start this weight loss journey March 1st. I am currently 220 lbs (give or take!) & want to get down to around 190/195; & generally tone everything up 😊 I've NEVER exercised a day in my life, so I don't know what I need to take to the gym or what I need. So could you guys please help me with common necessities?
