dreading next u/s

I've had 3 previous miscarriages in the past and found out I'm pregnant. I'm scared for my appt that's coming up because I miscarried at 12 weeks And it will be my 12 week scan. I had a hospital visit and they did a us there was a heartbeat and movement which put me at ease but I'm worried just because I've went thru this already 3 times thinking everything was fine and then come to find out it wasn't. Is anyone else feeling this way or can relate?
