I read that at 12 weeks the baby starts developing there private parts. So by week 13 are there private parts fully developed.

No. They are developed enough to see a difference by 18-20 weeks.  At 13 weeks they look the same. That's because a girls clitoris is very swollen and a boys penis is the same size at that point. As time goes by, the girls clitoris gets smaller , while a penis continues to grow. They are not fully developed until 30 plus weeks really..

Someone posted a 14 week ultrasound on here yesterday that showed an obvious penis and testicles.. so I'd say from about 14 weeks onwards and at 14 weeks not everyone is that evident yet it depends on the baby and their development. Hope that helped

Your doc might be willing to tell you if you've had any chromosome and genetic testing done  they generally know the gender from the test. I'm not sure if they will actually tell you though just be patient hun

At 13 weeks it's a nub that mimics a penis so a potty shot would always look male at that gestation although it could very well be a girl

They start to look different after 12 weeks, they may be able to get tell the gender at 13. Not 100% but a good guess.

At 14 weeks you can see a difference if you get a good shot. My friend on here got hers at 14 weeks and it's obviously a girl. I've also seen many little boys at 14 weeks as well. I'm going to an early gender ultrasound when I'm 15 weeks (earliest the place allows to keep the accuracy). At 13 weeks I think they still might be forming to what they should look like. There can be a shot of the "nub" which goes into the nub theory. You can read up on it and it's really cool if you get a shot of it. They are really accurate if the "nub" is actually the nub and not anything else looking like the nub
