If you had an unplanned pregnancy that you kept against the wishes of the father, would you reach out to his family (after none of them speaking to you for months) after he told you repeatedly that they all hate you now? (We have 2 other kids together)

No. If they "hate" you according to him, i wouldn't. I would keep that negativity out of my life and continue for my kids

I'd just tell them hey your kid is born(that's being nice) or just let him find out when he's slapped with child support crap.

This is how i feel about it also, why should i go chasing after them? I havent gone anywhere. They could have just as easily contacted me. Babys dad is all up in arms now saying im acting like a child for not contacting them. Like thats a surprise? Why would anyone upon hearing someone "hates" them turn around and try to force contact on them. Its ridiculous.

Really at this point all that matters is the fathers involvement in their lives. They are the ones missing out. Don't force a shoe that won't fit.

Children will always want their father, and they will always be curious about their extended family. If you feel comfortable, make a peace offering of some sort to lay groundwork to allow your 2 kids and one on the way a chance to be connected. If they turn you down or act disrespectfully, that's really sad for your kids. Hopefully, they will know what's in the best interest of THE CHILDREN. This is not about drama. This is about three kids who have no choice or voice.
