I feel defeated

I live in Canada but tomorrow my husband, daughter and I will be going to Florida to stay with my FIL.

My 5 month old is ebf and does not take a bottle.

My FIL asked my husband what I plan to do if we go out and I have to feed the baby. My husband told him that I will breastfeed her ... Well my FIL says I can't do that in Florida because I'll be charged with indecent exposure and I at least have to cover up!

We have a nursing cover but my baby hates it and it gets too hot so we don't use it. I always breastfeed in public not covered and it does not make me uncomfortable.

I'm so pissed off I just want to cry. He doesn't want me to feel comfortable feeding my daughter. Wtf am I going to do.
