Sex postpartum

I'm 31 days pp (4weeks3days) I'm done bleeding.. do I still have to wait the six weeks to have sex? Because I thought the reason you have to wait six weeks is to prevent infection that you could get in an open wound inside you. And the bleeding being done means I'm all closed up, right? And also I didn't tear at all or have any complications of the sort and no roids or anything. Soooo thoughts?
