Should I be worried?

I had a csection 8 days ago. On one side of my incision there are little pus filled blister above the incision. The other side of my incision is not closed all the way. And now I have a knot on my lower belly that hurts. I also still have really bad swelling in my feet and my legs and my hands. I realize I need to call my doctor, but it's the weekend, so my only option is the ER. Is this something I should be really worried about? Or is all of this relatively normal? This is my 2nd csection, I didn't have any of this with my first.
