How to get over feeling lonely when being an introvert??

So im an introvert. An extreme introvert. I dont talk to anyone really. Im afraid to getting yelled at. Well lately ive been feeling lonely extremely lonely lately. I dont know what to do

Or find another introvert in the same place. Lol *raises hand* I am a stay-at-home wife (living with my hubby's parents), and my hubby is my best and only true friend. So, when he's at work I often feel lonely. But too introverted to be comfortable getting out in the world. XD So, I'd say finding one good girlfriend would help. Now if I could only find one.
