I had a baby at 41 and now pregnant with #2 due end of October (turn 43 October 4).   My husband and I used the stork and conceived the first month we tried with both pregnancies.

Ttc #2 for us. Lost #1 in Aug 2014 at 13w. Took a beak for about a year. This is our first month back at it.

Zinc 50mg, coenzyme q10, aspirin 100mg daily melatonin 3mg, insositol 4g daily, b vitamin, c vitamin, lose 8kg (evidence base not personal) get mildly fit, eat well.

Tips: use OPKs, chart BBT, and check CM! And go see your OB/GYN if it doesn't happen in a few months... you can get simple blood work done and get the ball rolling on any procedures you may need (the HSG procedure which is used to diagnose any problems with Fallopian tubes ended up being therapeutic for me and clear a partially blocked tube... I was pregnant the following month)...

I'm 41 and 32w with my 4th. Co Q10, opks,  Preseed and a younger man. Had my iud out and was pregnant in 2 cycles. Good luck mama!
