tattoo pain tolerance?

I'm getting my second tattoo on my rib cage on the 24th. I am 5'6 120-25 pounds how bad will it hurt? I also have an alright to a pretty good pain tolerance

That's one of the most sensitive places on your body to get a tattoo, along with the inside of your arms, ankles/feet, front of your neck, and shoulders for some people. It all really depends on your pain tolerance, one of my friends has about 34 tattoos and about 6 all around his ribs. He said they were the most painful he's gotten.

It depends on the person. My husband said the one on his ribs hurt the most (he has 8), but my mom said it tickled, lol.

I'm about 150 and the ribs are deffinetly pretty sensitive lol I think it was my worst tattoo and mine was only like an hour...try to get a tattoo artist who likes to talk and can keep your mind off of it

Totally depends. It doesn't hurt some people at all. But for the majority, that's one of the worse spots.

My rib cage tattoo wasn't to bad. It hurt a little more than my hips but not much. You should be fine if you've gotten tattoos before and have a good pain tolerance.

Tattoos on the ribs hurt quite some bit compared to other places. I have 3 tattoos. One behind my ear, one on my rib cage and one on my shoulder. The one on my rib cage hurt the most but it wasn't unbearable. Plus I have a really high pain tolerance. So it could be a bit painful.

I have both of my ribs tattooed. And my first one was my first tattoo. It didn't hurt nearly as bad as my foot tattoo.
