Pregnancy Symptoms

I had an IUI done on January 28th, it's 8 days later and for the last three days I've been extremely tired, really hungry even right after I eat, I've been getting acid reflux daily, I've been getting headaches at night and I have neuropathy which doesn't usually bother me much but it's been pretty bad the last few days... I shouldn't take a hpt for 6 more days and I am going to wait til then to take one but I'm just curious if these are signs of pregnancy? I've also had very mild cramping in my pelvic area...
