back pain

I need help this has been going on for days now and I'm loosing sleep. My low back hurts so bad I can't walk at all I'm 31 weeks and barely have a bump what do I do? Should I go to hospital or wait it out for another 2 days till my midwife appointment I don't want to go to the hospital and then tell me it's nothing but I've never felt pain so bad. Currently sitting here in tears because I can't move. Laying on a heating pad and did some stretches and it's just making it worse 😩😭
