nexplanon

I had my Nexplanon removed about 8 months ago. It had a really bad effect on my body I had my period everyday for a whole year straight and the doctors decided to put me on the pill even with my Nexplanon still in my arm and it made it worse! I started getting migraines so bad I was throwing up 🤢 Finally I demanded that the doctor remove it no matter how badly they wanted me to stay with it. Anyways it's been 8 months and I've come to realize that me and my husband have been having unprotected sex for 8 months now and I haven't gotten pregnant? We wanted to start a family in the next couple of months after he got a promotion at work but I'm scared that maybe all the hormones could have damaged my body 😔 Just seeking for advice please!!!
