Anyone experience this?

Been bleeding since Friday night like this... Nothing in toliet just when I wipe.. Im 15 weeks pregnant and er told me Friday baby is fine growing how he should be heartbeat is good and cervix is closed.... Anyone experience something like this befor? Also haven't had sex in weeks so that's out of the discussion.

This is my second pregnancy but with my first I bled like that around the
15-20 week mark and it was due to having placenta previa (placenta sits on top of the cervix). ER doctor said all was fine but when I went to see my OB he had determine I was placenta previa. Worse thing with that is you have to have a c section. My placenta finally went back to where it needed but still ended up having a c section.

Anyone experience this?
