cows milk

Anyone else not starting cows milk at 1 year old? I don't know if it's me not wanting my baby to grow up but I feel like she's too young and still needs her breastmilk bottles. She takes 4 a day and takes water from a sippy cup during meals but she hasn't mastered keeping all of the water in her mouth. She also will drink the water then let it spill out not actually drink it cause she's just playing with it. She smiles and she gurgles it in her mouth then she throws the cup on the floor (this is when I know she's playing and done with the water). So I don't think she's ready for milk in a cup yet and I don't know how I feel about putting cows milk in a bottle. I might as well continue breastmilk in bottles until she's mastered the cup. Anyone else not introducing milk at a year and waiting? I think it may make more sense to transition when she's walking and can handle drinking from a cup (graduated from the bottle).
