Kinda Scared!!!

OK, so I am 9 months (today) post postpartum from my second child. Breast feed with bottle until 6 months.

I have been having a little bit of nauseous in the morning, peeing a lot more then normal, a lot of lower back pain the past few days and as of last night my ribs are killing me. (Please don't judge this next part......)

While in the shower squeezed the boobs and what looked like a mix of colostrum and milk came out!!!!! Cramping/tightness on my lower belly as well.

AF was supposed to show yesterday according to "glow."

Could these be signs of early pregnancy??? Or other opions??
