Baby acne???

Is this baby acne??? What do i do with it????

With all my children including my new baby I have to use sensitive skin soaps and products  as well as detergents. I noticed the other day just using normal baby lotion she got this. My thought was here we go again. I remember with my son the doctor had me change everything to sensitive skin because his baby acne wouldn't go away. Also when they sweat they get it. Or when they feel hot. The best way to cure it is to use the sensitivity products and let their skin breath :) sometimes if your breastfeeding breast milk helps clear it up too. Don't worry though baby acne doesn't hurt them at all.

Totally normal! No need to do anything to it. Each spot clears up within a couple of days.

My baby has similar and my midwife told me just to leave it be, make sure I bath her every day with warm water (no products) and it will clear on its own with time. It is just a reaction to the hormones in your milk. 
I would check with your LMC if you are concerned but looks pretty normal to me!
