Sore Nipples

I Completed round 3 of clomid. I'm on CD 27. My nipples are sooooo sore. I had my blood drawn last week on cd 21 to see if I ovulated. I'm assuming I did because I haven't heard from my doctor (last time I did because I didn't ovulate so she upped me to 100mg of clomid). Has anyone else had extremely sore nipples because of the Clomid? I did not have this symptom before on my other two rounds of Clomid. It's still to early to take a pregnancy test. What are your thoughts?
