OMG help! !!! Yeast infection or ????

I've been on keflex for strep and provera. Passed 3 days swollen vagina, white discharge like flaky, itchy, irritation, burning... now today I noticed on my perineum there it's like a cut or a tear there... HELP!!! never had anything at all like this before. STD FREE. Just today tried Miconazel or however you smell the 7 day course for yeast infections... it's so uncomfortable please help... and if you have tips to help me and my discomfort? Wasn't able to go to the doctors because clinic was closed this weekend. :'(
