herpes or razor burn ?! TMI PICS

A little back story behind this . I did shave on Saturday morning (it's now 12:14am on Monday) so I'm thinking it's probably razor burn but I'm still scared . My boyfriend and I haven't slept with anyone else but each other in 4 years ... we both swear by it . They do burn and sting a bit ... not when touched or when I pee but in general ... my discharge was also weird a few days ago but seems to be getting better (could be due to my period ending) then bumps only seem to be on my butt area and inner thighs . They do have small blisters in some areas but don't really look clustered together like some pics I've seen . Anyone out there with herpes that can give me some insight ?
