So I am 7 weeks and 4 days today. I went last week and had an ultrasound done and everything looked great! Strong healthy heartbeat and all! I have been extremely nauseous though through this whole experience but today I woke up feeling perfectly normal and not sick.... now I might just be a worry wart but now I have a feeling something is wrong... should I go to the ER or just relax and everything is fine???
