Cry baby

Okay last night i called my weed man and he said he was on his way. Then 20 minutes later i texted him again after a hour and a half later he says 10/15 minutes . I have never waited this long for any of my connects like wth .

So guess what i wasn't feeling good just really hot , cold and tired . I started crying because he was taking to long and i just didn't want to get out of bed crazy right? . My last af was January 17th but i mc in late October early November last year so it was my first cycle post mc. However i know cycles can be off post miscarriage. Can this be another or pms ?
