Actually mustard is really good can help with heart burn or if ur constipated just take a tea spoon of mustard

I ate a slice of cheese pizza with yellow mustard today :) didnt throw up! Mustard helps with my heartburn

I've never heard of that. I've eaten mustard during both my pregnancies & everything was fine, lol.
