this isn't your average "lost 25 pounds in a month pic"

I posted something similar to this about 2 weeks ago. For the past 37 days I've been attempting to eat well. I've struggled. Really hard. I've struggled with wanted to put good things into my body but also not denying myself the simple pleasures. I've been doing daily workouts for 37 days and I'm still struggling to make time/remember/want to do them. For all y'all trying to make a life change, Keep Going!!! When I work out and eat right, I feel so much better not just about my body but overall! Rant over :)
