Life hack:

Ladies who use menstrual cups: I found the perfect and cheapest cleaning solutions for the menstrual cups. I found one of those giant bottles of water at a gas station, chugged the water and then refilled it with half hydrogen peroxide and half white distilled vinegar. That's it! The peroxide sanitizes and disinfects it and the vinegar gets rid of the smell. At the end of your period, let you cup sit in a cup of the solution over night and it's good as new the next time you use it.

I have 2 so instead of having to clean it everytime I dump it, I rinse it with water and set it in a glass of solution and then switch it out the next time.
