Pregnancy and PCOS

Andrene
Hi, so I'm at a very emotional place. I have been diagnosed with PCOS for 5 years now and my spouse and I have been trying to conceive for 3 years now. This week I finally have pre pregnancy symptoms such as fatigue, very nauseous... in car rides or when I'm very hot and I am constantly getting very hot all the time, food cravings, smells are a lot stronger and this constant cramp or vibration feeling with my stomach lower abdomen. With my period being eight days away, Im getting very depressed. My periods have been normal for about the last year now, where it has been every 23 days and I'm on for 6 days just about. It seems like at this time I am having pre pregnancy symptoms but I took a test today and it showed up negative(tears again) I did buy a couple more to take later on this week closer to my expected period date, but has anybody went through these symptoms and ended up being pregnant or ended up not being pregnant just not looking forward to seeing the constant negative that's just little depressing at this point in time. Thanks for your help ladies.
