Help Me Choose A Baby Carrier

My baby girl is about to be 7 months on the 21st. She is 21 1/2 pounds and 28 1/2 inches tall so in the 98 percentile. She has good head control but can't sit by herself yet. But is close.

We have a Infantino Mei Tai I believe is what it is called though it can only be used facing my chest and on my back too and hip I think. She hates it I think she feels crushed against me and is always moving around and trying to touch things so I want something that has many different positions especially looking forward. I also have a 5 year old to chase around so I need something easy to use.

My concern with forward facing is that theres a risk of hip dysplasia (sp?) which is a main concern for me.
