Why do I keep getting engorged?

I nurse abs pump bc I work full time.  I'mhaving  frequent issues with getting engorged and then I try everything including nursing and it's not working?  How can I prevent this?  Why is it happening?

Try taking two lecithin pills to help prevent, it looks like the one on the far left

How old is baby? If it's still really new than its normal to keep getting engorged. Your body will adjust to your baby's needs and will stop doing that. If it's been several months since birth than you may just have an oversupply and need to pump more often.
