Labor or Braxton hicks?! HELP!!

so i'm 37 weeks today & for about 2.5 hours my baby has been moving a ton. (he usually only moves a lot for a half hour to fortyfive minutes, so this is unusual for him to move soooo much) and i've been having painful menstrul like cramps in my upper & lower abdomen and lower back. i also have some pressure and can feel when baby moves right in my vagina. 
do you think these are braxton hicks contractions or real ones?! i have an appt in the morning, should i just wait or should i call the doctor now??

It's basically all about timing at this point. 
I'm 36 weeks and had a fall last week...went to L&D and was having bad cramps with lower back pain and they told me I was having contractions,  but unless they were consistent or getting more painful it wasn't real labor. So I'm at home taking it easy.

It never hurts to go get checked out. With my first one I was absolutely certain I was in false labor, only to find out when I went to the hospital that I was 5cm dilated. I had my son 4 hours later.

At the very least call labor and delivery.
