Help 😢 Update

Yesterday 2/13 I had brown discharge and I am expected to start my period today 2/14. I was hoping this cycle we conceived but I am not sure if I am starting my period or if the brown discharge is a early sign of pregnancy. I placed a liner on yesterday but didn't see any sign of bleeding this morning. Please help! Should I test for pregnancy or wait and see if AF comes later today. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative 😢 but I'm still having a full period just brown spotting. Should I wait awhile longer and retest? Hoping we are truly preggo 🙏🏾
