I need your help please comment !

Just went for a colposcopy and the gyno told me I shouldn't be getting paps and stuff till 21 so I was concerned since my family doc told me to, anyway I was too scared to do the biopsy part of it so she didn't do it but with the vinegar she saw a spot and that made me worry so much does anyone have any idea or had this before ? I will have to go again and then do the biopsy in around 5 months do you guys think Advil will help it be less painful?
