Period Cramp Emergency

OK girls I need your help. I got my period 3 days late, I'm never late but ok. I'm dying from cramps and am in tears. I never ever get cramps ever. I have an extremely higher pain tolerances but I can't handle this. It hurts extremely bad. I'm not allowed to take Tylenol or Ibuprofen or anything due to my concussion. But I want the pain to stop. What can I do or trying? It hurts so so bad it's been like this since 9 AM and it's 11 AM (Eastern Standard Time) I'm completely doubled over in pain crying just wanting my mom. Someone please help me. Thanks so much.
