Do you think ILLEGAL immigrants should have rights in America?

I believe legal immigrants aren't a problem by ANY means, but if you're illegal I don't think you deserve to be here. Come here the right way or don't come and expect citizen rights

Udocumented people don't come into this country demanding equal citizenship and rights. The come here and spend years trying to become a citizen and saving up money for that process, which they couldn't do unless they get work. Which happens to be here. They don't expect anything. Shows how much you know

I legally relocated to the US 17 years ago. I was 15 years old. While I had a permanent green card, social security and because a US citizen within 2 years, many of my friends came legally,  BUT stayed past their viza expiration. I was never given a viza, since I relocated permanently. 
Do I think that the ones that stayed past their time , should be treated like nasty illegals? Or be deported? No. I know many of them that stayed,  got a job, married became citizens and live the American Dream of buying a home,  starting a family and working hard.
Do I agree with risking your life on a boat to get on US soil ? No, but many don't have any other means and they are not even given a chance to apply for a viza to come here.  They risks their lives,  to give their family a better life. It's sad, and its not right,  but I know many that work lots harder than any American born and raised here. 
My point- unless you know every single individual's story, you should not judge anyone for wanting to give their family a better chance at life,  when society denied them every little hope and dream. 
The US, after all, is built off of legal and illegal immigrants's sweat and tears

Can I just say, for the record - illegal immigrants don't get "citizen rights" 🙄 yes, undocumented children & young adults can attend public schools & go to universities; but is that so bad?

I still don't understand how people come here illegally. Like do you mean people who are smuggled into the country or people who overstay their visas? Like how do you just walk past customs without a valid visa?
