HELP!!!

What should I do ? Every time I put the baby down to sleep on her back she wakes up and gets fussy , if I put her on her side she's a little calmer ,but still wakes up I don't like placing her on her side . And I won't place her on her stomach to sleep . But as soon as I pick her up and put her on my chest she goes straight back to sleep. Even when I wait until she's in a deep sleep then put her down very slowly she still wakes up .i also tried giving her a pacifier and rubbing her belly and talking to her, I tried putting a blanket making sure it's quiet and dark but that doesn't work.
