2 periods in 1 month

So im on the pill. I was on the 2nd week and missed about 4 or 5 days. I started to take 2 pills a day until i made up for the days i missed, but did not start a new pack and then 1 week later i got my period again! Wtf i had just had my period 2 weeks ago. I think it was because i was continuing the same pack and the 4th week are the white pills to remind u that this week u will start ur period. I trew the pack away and have started the new pack. My question is, is it bad i didnt not switch the pack when i missed almost a week of pills, but got my period 2wice in 1 month?
