Do you use shampoo?

I recently stopped using shampoo except once every fortnight. But idk if I'm even doing this right.

If anyone has tried this, did it work for you? Also, how often do you brush your hair or take a shower rinsing your hair with just water?

Results depend on your hair type. People with dry or curly hair tend to benefit most, while people with oily or straight hair not as much. If you're doing conditioner-only, then be sure to massage your scalp well in the shower (use a scalp brush if necessary). If you've just started, your hair might be limp for the first weeks, but the amount of oil your scalp produces will adapt accordingly. Regularly brushing your hair from root to tip with a boar bristle brush will also redistribute your natural oils and make your hair pretty soft.

I actually heard you're supposed to do this with conditioner.

I've tried not washing my hair with conditioner and it's fine but I prefer how soft and smooth it is when I do use conditioner. As for not using shampoo, I haven't tried it.
