Baby waking

My girl has her two bottom teeth now and we had about 3 rough nights over the past 2 weeks. Now..she's been waking up every morning at 3am for the past 2 weeks too. My husband will take her and try and calm her, give her a bottle but she won't take it and just looks for me. If she was hungry I'd think she'd take the bottle. I always end up feeding her, but I feel like she's just using me as a pacifier. She's been sleeping through the night since she was a month old, she's now 7 months. I feel like her waking and me feeding her has turned into a habit. Any tips on how to break it? :)
