bleeding during early pregnancy

Hello, Has anyone ever bled during first 4-6 weeks of pregnancy close to a period? In January my period was different I had light spotting for 2 days then 1 day of it heavy then another day of spotting then it stopped. I had cramping but it was also different. Last week I started needing to use the restroom every 30min-Hour especially during the day time. Today I started feeling nauseated suddenly and it lasted for hours. I am going to take a test tomorrow or the next day as I feel I may be pregnant. Has anyone experienced this?
