Is this a reason for concern..?

My ultrasound results came back normal except that it said that renal pelvis is mildly prominent bilaterally. My doctor hasn't contacted me further, so I'm hoping that's a good sign..

It said that it's measuring 4.0 mm on the right & 4.4 mm on the left.. I'm kinda freaking out. Anyone have any idea what this means..?

That's exactly what mine was too. They are just going to have me come in for another ultrasound at 28 weeks to make sure everything is normal. Apparently if you are having a boy this can be pretty common. If not, it could be some sort of blockage to or from the kidneys, I can't remember. But it's not a big deal even if it ends up being something - definitely not life threatening. Also, your doctor will call you if there are any results that are concerning. If they don't, it's because it's not a big deal and can wait to discuss at next appt 😊
