missed periods-not pregnant

So has anyone else had problems with missing periods? The month before I graduated nursing school(august) I didn't ovulate and missed a period and had to take progesterone. I chalked it up to stress. Since then my cycles have been a little lengthy ranging from 32-34 days. I have been ttc since then with no luck and now this cycle I'm 10 days late again and not pregnant. My obgyn scheduled me in 6 weeks and doesn't seem too concerned but to me someone with progesterone issues that is ttc should be a big deal. I HAVE had ovarian cysts in the past but not multiple at a time so it's not polycystic. Kind of strange though as I got on here to post this I've seen multiple other posts about late or missed period.. wonder if the full moon had anything to do with it. Being a nurse I know how crazy a full moon can make things haha!!
