What to expect at 37 week ultrasound?

I'm 35 weeks now and my doctor ordered my.37 week ultrasound. What should I expect at this ultrasound? Do they do all the measurements like the 20 week? As well as check to see if the baby is head down? Do they check your cervix with a vaginal ultrasound? This is my second baby but my first one is almost 8. I don't remember the 37 week ultrasound, or if I even had one

You probably didn't have one. They didn't do that with my older 2. It seems to be the norm nowadays. It's just like the 20w one. they measure, check fluid, and position.

My OB checks the baby's head position, fluid, heart and usually measures the abdomin to tell me the weight.
Not as detailed as the anatomy scan, just a few minute thing and no prints.

Nothing crazy! Over the stomach, check-in Heartbeat, growth, water, position. Your doc may or may not check your cervix yet. Some start at 38w.

I went today for mine and she checked to make sure he way head down and got some measurements to predict his weight and then the fluid. She couldn't find much fluid so I was sent to the hospital to get checked out. They found much more fluid there. So don't panic if that happens!

Mine they did a abd and the baby's head was in the way of what they were looking for, which was to see if I could have a vaginal birth, so I had to have a vaginal ultrasound.

It's pretty quick they check baby's size by measuring head, belly and thigh bone. They will check your fluid, see if baby is head down and baby's heart. My tech was trying to get a couple good pictures of her face but she wasn't cooperating. They are almost out of space so can't get as many pictures as before. I think I may have been in the room for all of 10 minutes.
