TMI but help....

So last month I started a NuvaRing, then I took it out to have my period. I got my period 5 days later (aka starting today.) Then I got really bad cramps for the first time. Not only that I almost fainted walking to the nurses office. Anyways then I laid down and got water and went to the bathroom to find this. It's chunky blood? In person it looked like "clear discharge" but only covered in a little blood. That was a huge chuck of gunk. What is it? Is it normal?
