flea guts 😣🤢😷

I'm so grossed out and panicking a little, I was killing a couple fleas my dog had and when I popped the last flea the white guts sprayed kind of on my mouth area🤢🤢🤢🤢 I'm not sure if it actually got into my mouth but I'm in a panic, do you think this will give me worms!?!? I'm also 7 months pregnant so I'm really concerned, should I make an appointment with my doctor???? Please help😷
