Advice from women who tried for 2+ years to get pregnant

What ended up working for you??? I've had all of the tests. I had a laparoscopy in august to remove a large mass and one ovary and tube. They also did an hsg and my good tube was clear. My other tube and ovary are just fine and I ovulate every month, which is confirmed by blood tests. I've taken cabergoline, which helped my progesterone go up and I still take it. Every month my progesterone is great too. I have also taken clomid for months and it hasn't gotten me pregnant. My husband and I have a lot of sex. I use opks, chart my temperature and take vitamins and use preseed. I just can't seem to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel like I will never be pregnant. We've tried the whole "not trying" thing too... maybe I am not supposed to have a baby. What do you do when nothing else works? Honestly the thought of having to do ivf freaks me out because it is not guaranteed to work and I am probably in the percentage that it won't work for 🙁 this is so frustrating. It doesn't get any easier. It just gets harder. I've never in my life been pregnant. My husband and I have been togetger for 6 years and never used protection. Just always "pulled out" until we got married. I just need hope. 💔
