A little worried... my baby has these blotchy spots... hes not fussy or anything hasnt ever been sick yet... anyone know? Please help...

It looks like eczema possibly from the drool I notice on your baby's clothes in the picture. Saliva can be so irritating to a babies skin. My first son has eczema and it started as one little patch on his cheek. They gave us all sorts of steroid creams for most of his life and they help. The body though also detoxes when you stop the steroid creams making the eczema worse again. So if you can avoid the creams I would. Just lotion lotion lotion. Keep the areas hydrated and hopefully they will just go away. I'm hear to talk if it does get worse. I went through so much stress and grief for 3 years about his eczema. We are just now on the other side of it and I feel lucky he is growing out of it.

Looks like it could be the start of eczema. If so, try to get it under control and very moisturized. Our little one has it spread and get irritated so fast before we knew what it was and got it under control. Poor thing, she must have been so itchy! She looks brand new now though lol
